MALIBU — In collaboration with Rotaract and the Seaver College Career Center, Pepperdine University Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) will be sponsoring networkNight on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007 at 8:00 PM in the Waves Café to help students develop professional connections and networking skills.
College students have few opportunities to develop professional connections with their busy schedules and often times don’t know how to develop the connections that can land them the job of their dreams. networkNight provides an opportunity for student to develop success skills in networking by meeting numerous professional all in one night.
In addition to learning networking skills and developing professional connections, students will be provided with useful information on how become strong professionals in today’s business world, how to improve a resume, and what to expect in interviews. Participants will be matched professionals in their field(s) of interest and be given the opportunity to network with them over dessert.
